Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Maps Business Scraper (“we”, “us”), including the website and the browser extension. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Maps Business Scraper helps you collect publicly listed business information from Google Maps search results you run in your own browser, and finds publicly posted emails and social profiles on those businesses’ own websites. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Your account

You need an account with a working email address. Keep your password private; you’re responsible for activity on your account. One free trial per person: creating multiple accounts to collect extra free leads isn’t allowed and may lead to those accounts being closed.

Credits

New accounts receive 100 free leads. After that, you buy credits in advance and they are used as leads are collected, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you collect them. Credits don’t expire, have no cash value, and can’t be transferred. If we can’t find an email for a lead you paid the email rate for, the difference is returned to your balance automatically. How you use the data

You are responsible for how you use the information you collect and must follow the laws that apply to you and your recipients, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Do Not Call rules, Canada’s CASL, and GDPR/UK GDPR where relevant. Don’t use the service to send spam, harass anyone, or for any unlawful purpose, and don’t resell raw data in a way that violates those laws. You’re also responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party website you use with the extension.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to get around credit charges, probe or attack our systems, share accounts to avoid payment, or interfere with other users. We may pause or close accounts that do, and may reverse credits tied to refunded or disputed payments.

Accuracy and availability

Business listings and websites change, and we can’t guarantee that any piece of information is complete, current or correct. The service is provided “as is”. Third-party websites (including Google Maps) can change without notice, which may temporarily affect the extension.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting it removes your lead lists and any unused credits. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; if the changes are significant we’ll let you know by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Questions: info@safesky.digital or our support form.
